Redeeming the time...

As I was looking at these pictures of my little sister and I, I was just thinking, wow does the time go by fast!  It seems just like yesterday she was a baby!  And now she's 10! Wow! I just want to encourage you to redeem the time!  Life is so short!  Live every moment for Jesus!  Fill your precious moments with purpose!  Jesus only gave you one thing to spend....Time.  You can only spend it once.  So spend it wisely!  Ask God to show you how to redeem the your time, not waste it!

"Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."  Psalm 90:12

Our Savior's Unconditional love

"...The Love of the Lord toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of wine."    Hosea 3:1  If you put this into a more personal perspective and say,  "The love of the Lord toward me is so great that despite me  wondering and looking away from Jesus,  with wondering faithless eyes, to other helps and hopes, and have loved earthly joys and pleasures.   He still loves even ME!   And then here Him say in the next verse "So I bought her to Me..."  Despite all we've done He loved us SO tremendously much that He bought you!  And He didn't just do it with typical silver, but with His precious blood!  He loves you SO much dear girls, don't ever forget that!  No matter what...He loves YOU!

"Above all these put on love"  Col. 3:14

Details: We will be studying 1 Corinthians 13.  (love is...patient..kind etc.) Each girl will receive a fill-out sheet in which she will have to look a few things up for the next time we meet.  Each time every girl will share a little of what the Lord showed her during her study over the past couple of weeks. Then we’ll pray, have a snack, and do  a small activity, (crochet class, craft, game or we'll just fellowship afterwards.)  for more details go here or contact me.

It's not a commitment:  Please remember that this is NOT a commitment...if your only able to come even just one time that is just fine. We will all just be to happy to see you whenever you can make it.  :-)

If your unable to make it but...If you would like to study what were studying but are unable to come, let me know and I’ll send you a fill-out sheet  so you can study it on your own.

My goal: in doing this is that each girl would leave having a deeper love for Jesus and heart to seek Him more with all their hearts!  And that it
would be Christ centered and glorify Him!

I hope to see YOU!

Quote: Do you know Calvary Love?

"If my attitude be one of fear, not faith, about one who has disappointed me; if I say, "Just what I expected," If a fall occurs, then I know nothing of Calvary Love.

I I cast up a confessed, repented, and forsaken sin against another, and allow my remembrance of that sin to colour my thinking and feed my suspicions, then I know nothing of Calvary love.

If I do not give a friend "The benefit of the doubt," but put the worst construction instead of the best on what is said or done, then I know nothing of Calvary love.

If I take offence easily; if I am content to continue in cold unfriendliness, though friendship be possible, then I know nothing of Calvary love.

If I fear to hold another to the highest goal because it is so much easier to avoid doing so, then I know nothing of Calvary love.

You can always give without loving, but you can never love without giving."

Secrete to great living...quote

"What is the secrete to great living?  Entire separation to Christ and devotion to Him.  Thus speaks every man and woman whose life has made more than a passing flicker in the spiritual realm.  It is the life that has no time for trifling that counts."
-Amy Carmichael
